You have arrived... Spey Lodge is a beautiful home, full of light and space, finished in natural woods, finished with all the mod cons that come with a luxury self catering holiday.

The natural wood structure and finish blends naturally with the beautiful pine and birch forest that surrounds the lodge. The unique octagonal structure provides an amazing open plan area flooded with light and full of original character.

The stylish contemporary kitchen, with lovely views of the trees, is well equipped with a range cooker, American fridge freezer, further freezer and fridge, microwave, dishwasher and high quality crockery and cutlery.

"Spey Lodge’s livingroom and kitchen are stunning and work a treat. Each evening we had the choice of drinks on the high level verandah looking at the mountains or chatting over the breakfast bar while preparing food, then we would sit down to a leisurely dinner – just what we needed after an active day in the hills."

The elegant dining area offers beautiful views of the Cairngorm mountains through the trees.

The spacious living area has carefully selected comfortable furniture whose muted ochre, brown and green colours blend with the outdoors. Traditional Scottish tweeds are combined with velvet and hessian for a warm, cosy and welcoming feel. The property has full central heating and there is also a wood-burning stove in the centre of the living area.

There are several bean bags in the high-definition cinema area, with a wall-mounted projector for television, blue-ray DVD, business presentations or Wii games.

The laundry room contains a washing machine and tumble dryer, clothes drying area with pulley and ample space for drying walking boots, ski boots, wellies and cycling shoes.
